We conduct a thorough site appraisal to understand its nature and arrive at a suitable concept as the landscape and surroundings dictate. Once this is realised we evaluate the client’s brief according to the requirements, his aspirations and definite likes and dislikes. Our preliminary design options will be based on these priorities.

We also offer full site supervision with continuous instructions to contractors including payment approvals and complete post-construction consultation to execute interior and landscape details. We also remain available for any consultation regarding architectural/engineering issues long after the project period.
